Robin Greenwood, Diocesan Secretary and
member of our Parish was presented with a celebrated award - the Order of Simon
of Cyrene - by Archbishop Thabo on 26th November 2011 in recognition of his
Distinguished Service to the Church of the Province of South Africa.

At the service, on 6 June, Zandile was presented with over 100 jerseys and a quantity
of blankets which had been knitted
by members of the congregation. The "Winter-Warmers" will be given to children
who attend the Never-Never-Land crèche which Zandile oversees.

Fun and Games
Sunday 6th March, being
the closest Sunday to Shrove Tuesday, saw parishioners
participating in traditional
Pancake Races after the 9am communion service.

111 wrapped boxes
have been taken to the Bulwer area and Christopher Luyt who
told the Sunday School that we were the organization makingthe largest contribution in these terms.
